By Exhibiting or Sponsoring at the 2023 36th USDLA National Conference you have the opportunity to get your name in front of attendees and interact in many of our activities throughout the Conference. These include a raffle where attendees can only enter after visiting with each exhibitor. Monday evening will be our cocktail hour social. Exhibitor FAQ for the 2023 National Conference
What time is booth setup?
Monday 7/17 from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM
What time is booth teardown?
Wednesday 7/19 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM (but you are welcome to stay for Thursday)
What are the booth hours?
Tuesday and Wednesday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
What is provided at the venue?
All spaces have an 6’ table, wireless Internet, and power
What should I bring for my booth setup?
A table cover with logo, handouts, giveaways, and the ability to discuss your offering
Should I bring my pop-up booth?
Space is limited so we suggest a table-top set-up. If you must bring a pop-up it has to fit in a 6′ wide space.

How many pieces of collateral should I provide to be included in the attendees bags?
We are expecting between 200 to 250 attendees on-site.
Where should I ship everything I need for my table including attendee bag material?
Ship to Wyndham Orlando Resort, 8001 International Dr, Orlando, FL 32819 (Attention USDLA/Vendor Name)
When can I ship my show material, monitor, equipment, collateral, giveaways, etc.?
Please ship to arrive after Monday July 10th as there is an additional storage charge if received earlier
Are there any shipping/handling costs imposed by the resort?
INCOMING CHARGES: Package Receipt & Storage & Delivery Costs:
Under 10 lbs (express boxes and envelopes) – no charge
11 – 30 lbs – $10.00
31 – 50 lbs – $20.00
51 – 100 lbs – $40.00
101 – 250 lbs – $60.00
OUTGOING CHARGES: Package Receipt & Storage & Delivery Costs:
- Complimentary on all overnight/express envelopes with completed labels and guest using their own account number.
- Overnight Envelopes/Express boxes using hotel account number, credit card or room charge will be at the Internet Rate plus $7.00 handling fee for each item.
- All outgoing boxes either UPS or FedEx using their own account number, hotel account number, credit card or room charge will be at the Internet Rate plus $7.00 handling fee for each item.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse any non-scheduled deliveries.
How do I ship any materials back to my office once the conference ends?
UPS and FedEx will pickup but you must call to arrange day and time
What does the exhibit hall look like?
The exhibit hall is 120′ by 74′ with the booths positioned in 10×10 blocks around the perimeter. All non-concurrent session activities will be held in this room including keynotes, giveaways and meals.
