NDLA, now doing business as the Nebraska Digital Learning Association, is hosting its 18th Annual Conference, Digital Learning: Your Window to the World, February 14–15, 2019, at the at Cornhusker Marriott in Lincoln. Attendees will be 100+ leaders in Digital, Distance and Blended Learning from K-12, Higher Education, State and Local Government, Telehealth, and non-profit content providers. The conference format allows for several breakouts; round table discussions and networking; pre-conference activities; keynote and spotlight speakers; as well as time to visit sponsors and content providers. Breakout sessions highlight best practices in K–20 education, telehealth, content provider programming, and sponsor sessions showcasing the latest and greatest in solutions for all aspects of distance or blended learning.
Keynote speakers for Thursday are Matthew Shea and Courtney Belolan from the popular blog: Personalized Learning with Matt & Courtney. Friday’s keynote will be by Tanya Joosten, Ph.D., a Senior Scientist, the Director of Digital Learning Research and Development, and co-PI and co-Director of the National Research Center for Distance Education and Technological Advancements (DETA) at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
