USDLA is making an investment in 2023 by migrating to a new Association Management Platform (AMP) called MemberLeap. This new members-only portal will allow for tighter communication with our members through a secure portal that will service our conference needs including registration, call for proposals, conference guide and more.
There will be no formal printed conference guide but we will have on-site copies of the daily events available at the registration desk.
Virtual Attendee Access
The National Conference will provide virtual access to all who registered for this option. Access to the conference kickoff, each concurrent session, all keynotes and the awards dinner will all be provided in the conference guide located within the MemberLeap AMP portal. All schedule times will be listed in EST.
A reminder email with access information will be sent to all paid attendees on Wed 7/12 and again on Friday 7/14. Please be sure you login to MemberLeap to see the latest schedule during the conference.

Meeting Format: All sessions will be held in physical meeting rooms at the Wyndham Orlando Resort while virtual sessions will be accessed through Zoom meeting links for virtual attendees. All keynotes will be Zoom live stream webinars.
Meeting Access: Since we are using Zoom for all virtual access, please make sure you have the application loaded and all updates installed in advance of the conference. You can join a particular session by clicking on the session link found in the MemberLeap AMP portal conference guide which will be available prior to the kickoff on Monday 7/17.
Transcription will be active for all sessions. Note that if a user wishes to see transcriptions, they must turn this option on within the zoom application window.
