Man has always dreamed of building up to the heavens. From the Tower of Babel, to the Kingdom Tower, buildings have continued to reach ever greater heights. The modern skyscraper got its start right here in Chicago. On this journey, we’ll trace the evolution of the skyscraper, while looking at some of the buildings that have laid the foundations. Finally, we’ll delve into the men (and women!), who’s vision and abilities, made it all possible.
